Para Land Management Inc.
Founded in 2022, Para PM is the team behind the Paradise Project's Phase 1 — now leading Phases 2 and 3 in Niagara Falls. We combine asset management with hands-on development, uniting investment managers, financial consultants, legal advisors, engineers, and planners to take each project from vision to reality.

Paradise Masterplan
Set along the Welland River, the masterplan builds on a completed 148-acre Phase 1. Phases 2 and 3 now add retail, hospitality, senior living, townhomes, riverfront condos, and a landmark spa and innovation park.

Para PM is a project and fund management firm based in Ontario, Canada, dedicated to large-scale land development and construction. Acting on behalf of developers and investors, the firm manages every stage of a project—planning, financing, design, construction, and beyond—keeping ownership informed and in control from day one.

Government and Regulatory Coordination
We represent clients before municipal, regional, and provincial authorities to secure planning approvals, environmental clearances, and development agreements.

We negotiate and manage consultant and contractor agreements, handle insurance and legal matters, and keep quality, safety, and schedule on track at every stage.

Chairwoman & CEO
Executive MBA (NUS) leading tourism, real estate, and capital programs across Asia and Canada.
- Executive MBA, National University of Singapore; leadership with the China Tourism Association and Tianjin Tourism & Hotel Industry Association.
- Began in 1986 at Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, directing land development initiatives.
- Founded Tianjin TEDA International Hotel Group (1993) and stewarded the 482-acre Niagara Falls Paradise development.
Feng Shi

Ontario P.Eng. leading complex transportation and land-development infrastructure in Canada and China.
- Seneca College civil engineering graduate; licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
- Former senior engineer at Delcan, Morrison Hershfield, and AECOM.
- Projects include the Guangzhou–Shenzhen Expressway, Toronto LRT & GO corridors, Windsor-Essex Parkway, and Waterloo Grand River Transit Terminal.
