Para PM is recruiting an experienced bilingual Legal Counsel to advise on large-scale real estate development, project financing, corporate structuring, and international investor relations for Paradise Project phases 2 and 3.
Support Para PM's multinational investment platform with legal strategy across land acquisition, zoning, subdivision, financing, and partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on land acquisition, zoning, and development agreements.
Draft and review purchase, loan, shareholder, and partnership documentation.
Advise on project financing, mortgage structuring, and securities compliance.
Support cross-border investment initiatives and liaise with external counsel.
Ensure governance, regulatory, and risk management standards are met.
Qualifications
LL.B. or J.D.; member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Minimum 10 years in real estate, loan financing, or international investment law.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party transactions.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience with international investor partnerships is an asset.
